About the Role
Department: Business Development and Medical Affairs
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Purpose: Support the generation, translation and dissemination of scientific evidence that enables clinical adoption, regulatory activities and commercial growth of Ophiomics products.
Key Responsabilities

- Coordinate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) involved in collaborative studies.
- Support clinical validation activities and evidence generation projects.
- Draft scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters and conference presentations.
- Develop disease awareness, product and technology content for websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and review scientific and technical materials supporting Business Development and Medical Affairs.
- Support Regulatory Affairs with scientific input for technical documentation when required.
- Conduct literature reviews and competitive landscape analyses.
- Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and exhibitions representing Ophiomics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and Business Development teams.
Minimum Qualifications

- Education: MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Knowledge: Molecular biology, molecular diagnostics, clinical research, scientific communication and medical writing.
- Experience: 1–3 years in academia, biotechnology, diagnostics or medical communications (industry experience valued but not mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent written English, scientific writing, literature review, critical thinking, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
